Returns and Refund Policy

Returns

We don’t offer returns because every product you order is exclusively customized for you with name, date, or any such text. But if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support@dcraftcorner.com.

Damages and Issues

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@dcraftcorner.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges at this time. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support@dcraftcorner.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabelled item, and we’ll send you a new one.

Refunds

We don’t offer refunds at this time, but if you have received any damaged or wrong items, please contact us at support@dcraftcorner.com within 48 hours after receiving your order along with photos of the damaged/wrong items, and we’ll sort that out for you. 

We take full responsibility and work to provide a better service. We are always open to accepting feedback and if the situation seems fair a replacement or discount voucher may be provided. However, Craft Corner is not liable for any returns or exchanges once a product is sold and/or received by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Since all products are customized for individuals, we don’t offer a cancellation policy once an order is placed.
